InGenesis is currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to work with our client in Troy, NY. In this role, you will use both analytical and interpersonal skills in an office setting.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Display experience with maintaining, updating and inputting data into multiple database systems.
• Extract and curate data from multiple database systems in a way that is easy to understand and with little oversight.
• Display a knowledge of time and attendance.
• Develop and communicate reports and policies for both the assigned and other departments as necessary.
• Perform routine office and clerical duties for the assigned office and assists other departments.
• Research and assist other staff with researching and development.
• Provide customer service to students and other staff members.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
• One to three years of experience in a related field
• Hold unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States

*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
